Upon agreement of the quote presented, 50% of the amount required must be paid to get started with your project, the remaining 50% will be paid when the project is completed and approved by you.
Can we cancel our account at any time?
Yes you can cancel anytime, without obligation. We don’t tie you into long-term contracts. We are partners while it works for you.
How long will it take to complete my website?
Our standard timeline is 3 - 7 working days to complete a website but this depends on the project since the size and pace of any project is set by each client. How much input you can provide during the initial stages, your feedback, how soon the content is provided – all this affects the speed of completion. The functionality and revisions required will also play a role in your timeline.
Am I tied into a contract?
We don't work with contracts, but do appreciate a 30 day notice, should you decide to cancel your Konek Technologies website subscription. Kindly note that you can’t move your Konek's website to be hosted elsewhere.
What if we need help, is there a cost for support?
We provide unlimited phone and email support during office hours for no cost. We pride ourselves in offering excellent, local customer support.

What if I do not like the design?
If you are not satisfied with the initial design, we will work with you further and come up with another design. Our aim is to design a website that you are completely happy with.
