Upon agreement of the quote presented, 50% of the amount required must be paid to get started with your project, the remaining 50% will be paid when the project is completed and approved by you.

We don’t work with contracts, but do appreciate a 30 day notice, should you decide to cancel your KonekSiteswebsite subscription. Kindly note that you can’t move your Konek’s website to be hosted elsewhere.

We can use your existing website as a reference but are unable to build on your existing platform with another provider. If you wish to use your existing domain where your current website lives, we can set up a redirect ensuring your website visitors see your new website when they visit your URL, but that website will be on our hosting platform.

If you need assistance with the text/content for the website, we have a copywriter on our team who can help write original content for you at a limited number of words depending on the package selected.
